Terms & Conditions
1. Who We Are
OGW.OFFICE (the “Website”) is operated by Chiggy Ogwo trading as OGW.OFFICE (“we”, “us” or “OGW”), a sole trader.
Our main trading address is 15 King Street, Wigan, Greater Manchester WN1 1LP.
You can contact us at studio@ogwoffice.com.
2. These Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through ogwoffice.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. We may update them from time to time; the version in force at the time of your order will apply.
3. Consumers and Business Customers
You are a “consumer” if you are buying wholly or mainly for personal, family or household purposes. Different rules apply when buying for business purposes.
4. Our Products and Images
All images and descriptions on the Website are for illustration only. Slight variations in colour, fabric or fit may occur, especially with our engineered and made-to-order garments. We try to display them as accurately as possible.
5. Ordering and Contract Formation
Placing an order is an offer to buy our products. We will send you an order acknowledgement email, but this does not mean your order is accepted.
A binding contract is formed only when we email you an Order Confirmation or dispatch the goods to you.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time before acceptance (for example, due to stock, pricing error or suspected fraud).
6. Price and Payment
All prices shown include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown separately and added at checkout.
We accept payment by credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Payment is taken immediately upon placing your order.
7. Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of the Order Confirmation (most made-to-order items are dispatched within 20–40 working days).
Unless we agree otherwise with you, we will deliver the goods within 60 days after the contract is formed.
For UK deliveries, risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you gave us.
For international orders outside the UK, risk usually passes when the goods are dispatched to the carrier. You are responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, customs charges or clearance fees in your country.
8. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period) – Consumers Only
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods, without giving any reason.
To cancel, you must clearly notify us by email before the 14-day period ends. You may use the model cancellation form at the end of these Terms.
You must return the goods to us (at your own cost) within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling. The goods must be unused, in their original condition and with all tags still attached where possible.
We will refund you the price you paid (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof that you have sent them). We may reduce the refund if the goods have been used or damaged beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
Exceptions – You do not have the right to cancel for:
- Made-to-order or personalised items (our engineered garments are often made to order).
- Sealed goods that have been unsealed for hygiene reasons.
9. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, our goods must be of satisfactory quality, as described and fit for purpose. If you receive faulty or misdescribed items, you have strong legal rights to a repair, replacement or refund. Please contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order number.
10. Our Voluntary Returns Policy (in addition to your legal rights)
We offer a 30-day returns policy on unworn, unused items in original condition with tags attached. This is in addition to your statutory 14-day cooling-off right. Return shipping is at your expense unless we have stated otherwise.
11. Our Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We are not responsible for any business losses (lost profits, data, etc.) if you are not a consumer.
12. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, images, text and content on ogwoffice.com belong to OGW.OFFICE or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our prior written permission.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and any contract between us are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
14. General
We do not currently participate in any formal alternative dispute resolution service.
